- Investment amount: $5.0 M to $10.0 M in each company.
- Number of companies in which we intend to invest:
Between 10 to 20 companies.
- FTA: The companies must reasonably be able to benefit from the expected FTA with US.
- Market: The companies must have either products or services that can be marketed in US and the management is planning to penetrate the US market.
- Government Grants: The companies must be qualified to receive government grants and other incentives.
- Operating history: 2 – 3 years of operating history.
- Annual revenues: The companies must have at least $5.0 M in annual revenues or be on track to meet that target within next 6 months.
- Debts to assets ratio: Not to exceed 1.6 currently.
