- Development of a realistic and detailed business plan for growth and also for future fundraising.
- Seeking and selection of a potential public shell if the company desire to go through RTO that matches the needs of the company.
- Extensive and careful due diligence on the public shell companies or merging partners, utilizing all available sources such as SEC, lawyers, CPAs, existing shareholders and customers.
- Careful analysis of pre-merger and post-merger capitalization structure, keeping in mind the goal of the client company.
- Research of the available sources of capital under the capitalization structure of the client company.
